Many guests to The Lodge at Jackson Fork Ranch cherish their memories of unmatched fishing; others, our hidden mountain treasures; and for some, both. But everyone shares his best memories for the food.

Here you’ll taste food you’ve never experienced anywhere else before. Enjoy fresh game meats including our own Ranch-Raised Bison from the valley below the Lodge. Feast on fresh-caught trout and other succulent fish plus local produce, dairy and cheeses-all masterfully prepared and presented by our own gourmet chef.

Menu Details

Start your day of activity with a hearty breakfast. Whether you are starting out early on a fishing trip or would like to sleep in, breakfast at the Lodge is set to your schedule. Becky Lacina, our Chef, will confirm times after dinner the previous evening. Breakfast consists of a selection of juices, breakfast breads, and cereals. Or you may choose cooked to order items such as buckwheat buttermilk pancakes, homemade brioche French toast, and vegetable and cheese omelettes.

Our lunch program is based on our guests’ requests to take a packed lunch to be enjoyed along the river or on the trails. Typically, lunch is lighter fare which could include gourmet sandwiches on freshly baked breads, salads featuring local fresh produce, and a tempting dessert treat such as Chef Becky’s signature cookies. A beverage is also included, along with plenty of fresh water in our environmentally friendly water bottles.

Dinner at the Lodge is casual, and your meal can be served in the dining room or on our open air terraces. Our evening dinner service is a three course menu and is different each evening. One evening a week we may do a western style grilled dinner on the outdoor terrace.

The following is a recent sample dinner meal. Start with our Smoked Trout Caesar Salad with homemade croutons; followed by our Wyoming Surf and Turf: Bison Strip Steak and Barbequed Prawns with Grilled Seasonal Vegetables; then finish with our Chocolate Hazlenut Tart with Fresh Whipped Cream.
